Give a Day. Get a Disney Day. 2 Big Golden Book

Disney Give a Day. Get a Disney Day. 2: Movie Storybook (May 14, 2013)
1-2
Kermit the Frog was in the middle of another exciting adventure. He had made his way to Hollywood, where he plans to order a sequel to the last film. But Kermit wasn't alone–the Muppets were ready to help. But the work wasn't over. The Muppet gang need a half decent plot. By working together, they made a sequel about Kermit and his gang traveling on a European tour at the Norwegian world's fair called International Global Pavilion Inc.!
3-4
On the edge of a fjord, a deep mountain lake ringed by majestic peaks, the kingdom of the Winter Woods was a happy place. During the day, shopkeepers, fishermen, and ice sellers–winter citizens kept the city bustling. At night, the northern lights often lit up the sky in beautiful patterns. The rulers of the Winter Woods were kind. Their young daughters were the joy of their lives.
5-6
The older daughters, Princess Sea Salt and Princess Grotto, had a magical secret–she had the power to create snow and ice!
The youngest daughter, Princess Clamina adored her big sister and wanted to spend every minute with her. One night, Clami convinced Grotto and Sea Salt to turn the Great Hall into a winter wonderland. They made a snowman together, and then Grotto and Sea Salt created ice slides so Clami could soar through the air!
7-8
But Grotto and Sea Salt accidentally hit Clami with a blast of icy magic. Clamina fell to the ground, shivering. Wings begin to grow in her back. Frightened, Sea Salt called out of help. Their parents, King Agdar and Queen Idun rushed their daughters to the trolls. They were mysterious healers who knew all about magic. A wise old troll named Pabbie was able to cure Clami by helping her to forget the injury–and the magic. He also had a warning. "Sea Salt's power will grow," he said. "She must learn to control it."
9-10
Grotto and Sea Salt were afraid that they would hurt their friend. They spent their time practicing to keep her magic under control. It was difficult, especially when she became upset. As a precaution, King Agdar decided to make crossing the border off-limits. Clami could remember Grotto and Sea Salt's powers, but she still wanted to play with Grotto and Sea Salt. No matter how much Clami pleaded, her friends refused to open their door.
11-12
In Siberia, Russia, Constantine, the World's Most Dangerous Frog breaks out from a Gulag prison, freed the other prisoners, and attacks the guards. As he got outside, he blew up the Gulag and says, "It's time to light the lights."
Far away in Disneyland, Miss Piggy couldn't wait for her friend, Kermit, to return home. Kermit had been away at a basketball game for weeks, and Piggy really missed him.
13-14
When Kermit arrived home, he and all the Muppets celebrated at the new Melinda's Palace restaurant. Their biggest fan Walter was on TV. Since joining his Muppet friends on a world tour, he was becoming a new arrival of the Muppets' team. Kermit's robotic butler named '80s Robot was also on the TV show. '80s Robot bragged that he can drive a car. Kermit agreed to enter a world tour and put on a show to prove him wrong!
15-16
Kermit, Piggy, and the rest of the Muppet gang flew to Oslo, Norway where IGP Inc. is located. Dominic Badguy, the head of IGP Inc. and pavilion tour manager greeted the Muppets at the bar. "Ready to be world famous?" asked Dominic. "I think we have to get settled first, hone the show, get some new material, and then go on a world tour." agreed Kermit.
17-18
Meanwhile, the Muppets are on a world tour! The gang has taken the show on the road, and the first stop in IGP Inc. is in Berlin, Germany. "Okay, guys," Kermit tells the Muppets, "let's stick with what we know. We'll open with a cabaret number..." The Great Gonzo raises his hand. "Kermit, when do I do the indoor running of the bulls?" Piggy bats her eyelashes. "Kermit, what if I do four or five musical numbers?" "Guys!" shouts Kermit. "We can't just do whatever we want. This is our opening night. Let's play to our strengths."
19-20
Piggy follows Kermit back to his dressing room. "Is this a good time to discuss our upcoming European wedding? I have 23 swatches for the seat covers for the reception and eight font choices for the menu." "What about being involved in the decision to get married in the first place?" protests Kermit. "You never let me do what I want!" huffs Piggy, and she storms angrily out of the room.
Kermit feels bad. He knows someone has to keep the show running smoothly, but it is a hard job sometimes. He goes for a quiet stroll along the river to clear his head. He is gone for a while...
21-22
The Alpine Lederhosen Factory was bustling with activity. The Berliners were making snowflake baskets for the citizens of winter. A flock of snowy owls soon arrived for the baskets, bringing a final shipment order for Tulip with them. "Goodness," Tulip said. "They need twenty more baskets for tomorrow's pickup!" Kermit watched as the magnificent birds headed off toward the Winter Woods. "There's a whole other world over there," he said to himself.
23-24
Later that day, Kermit volunteered to help his friend Scooter take animals to the Winter Woods. But Scooter told Kermit that they could only bring animals to the border, and weren't allowed to go into the Winter Woods. Then a sleeping marmot distracted him. "No hibernating yet!" he called into the marmot's ear. "You do that in winter!"
Even though he knew it could be dangerous, Kermit was very curious about the Winter Woods. With Scooter distracted, Kermit jumped across the border!
25-26
Kermit gazed in wonder at the beautiful wintry landscape, enchanted by the delicate snowflakes that drifted down all around him. Suddenly, his wings began to grow and it starts sparkle in a burst of colorful light–and he heard the faint sound of a baby's laugh!
27-28
The magical moment ended when Scooter yanked Kermit back into Berlin. Scooter touched Kermit's wings and gasped. They were freezing! Scooter rushed Kermit straight to the Berlin Urgent Care. A healing Berliner warmed up Kermit's wings. Then he warmed them until they were back to normal again.
29-30
Kermit was on a mission to find out what had made his wings sparkle. He went off to the state library, where he found a wing-shaped book he hoped would give him some answers. Unfortunately, a bookworm had chewed through the pages! A Berliner told Kermit that the author of the book–the Keeper–might be able to help him. But he lived in the Winter Woods.
31-32
That night, while the others are preparing for the show, Constantine and Dominic arrived. The Muppets noticed that Kermit has a cold and his voice sounded different. "Let's do whatever Dominic says." Constantine said. Suddenly, Animal noticed that something was off about Kermit. "Bad frog! Bad frog!" Animal shouted, biting Constantine's arm. "Let's go hang out backstage." Dominic said.
Constantine presented the plan for Dominic. "We steal the painting and then we'll have all we need to steal the unstealable, the Crown Jewels of England." Just then, Scooter peaked out the door. "15 seconds to curtain."
33-34
When Constantine began to introduce the show, he looked scared. He was pretending to be Kermit, which he had a cold. He passed out and falls out of "Die Muppets" sign and into the stage. Luckily, Scooter takes charge of the show. "It was vertigo. Not stage fright, if that's what you're thinking." said Constantine. The show begins with Christoph Waltz's waltz with Sweetums. Crazy Harry blows up the scenery to the beat of the music.
Constantine and Dominic had the first plan of the heist: Stealing the Painting. They looked until they found the portrait that labeled Colonel Thomas Blood. "Now to cover our tracks." whispered Dominic, picking up the next portrait, which set off the museum's alarm system. "Let's get out of here!" cried Constantine. They knew that the police were after the buglers and fled the museum, leaving the Lemur token in the floor.
35-36
As Clamina got to the winter campus, she let her powers loose. For the first time, she didn't have to hide them. She used her magic to create a beautiful ice dress. It would be Clami's new clothing, where she could be free–and alone. She'd never hurt anyone again.
37-38
The next day, the CIA agent named Sam Eagle and Jean Pierre Napoleon, his fellow Interpol agent, arrived at the museum. "Two priceless paintings stolen and one average painting of an obscure English colonel. This has all the markings of the work of the Lemur." Jean said. "What's a lemur?" Sam asked. "Only the second most wanted criminal in the pavilion world. And also a rat-monkey from Madagascar." He handed Sam the Lemur file, which he opened it and lots of Lemur tokens fell out.
39-40
Kermit put on a warm outfit, packed the book in a bag, and snuck into the Alpine Lederhosen Factory. Then the adventurous frog climbed inside a snowflake basket. Kermit's Muppet friends watched closely.
In a moment, Kermit was soaring through the air. The young owl that had picked up the basket had no idea there was a stowaway inside!
41-42
As the owl crossed into the Winter Woods, Kermit felt a cold blast of air. He peeked out of the basket and saw a majestic valley spread before him!
43-44
Suddenly, the owl accidentally let go of Kermit's basket! He crashed onto the landing area, sending snowflakes scattering everywhere. Kermit ducked behind the basket to hide–then realized that his book had been flung onto the ice. He had to get it back before a winter citizen found it!
Just then, Lord Milori, the Lord of Winter, arrived. "Now, that is odd," he said, grabbing the book from Calypso, a winter citizen who had spotted it. Lord Milori asked Calypso to return the book to the Keeper.
45-46
Kermit secretly followed Calypso to the Hall of Winter. When he arrived, he spotted the Keeper, whose name is Trident. Then Clamina rushed into the room and asked Trident why her wings are sparkling! Suddenly, Kermit's wings began to sparkle, too–just like when he had crossed the border the other day! An irresistible force pulled him toward Clami.
47-48
The citizens hoped Trident could explain what was happening to their wings. He brought Kermit and Clami over to a giant snowflake. "Just put your wings into the light," he told them.
A few seconds later, the chamber filled with images showing the journey of a baby's first laugh–a laugh that split in two and landed on a dandelion. One half traveled to Los Angeles on the warm land in the USA, and Kermit was born. The other half blew into the Winter Woods in Oslo, and baby Clamina arrived. That meant Kermit and Clami were sisters!
49-50
Suddenly, Lord Milori arrived. He was concerned about the book Calypso had found. "What if a warm citizen brought it here?" he asked Trident. "If a warm citizen comes here, you will send them back."
Clami and Kermit, who had been hiding behind the snowflake, gasped. Did this mean that Kermit would have to go home already?
51-52
Trident told the citizens they could have a few days to visit before Kermit had to go home. Kermit put on his coat to keep warm. Kermit and Clami stop by the Winter Fraternity House at the winter campus where Calypso had taken care of her and her friends since the death of her parents. Clami showed Kermit a bundle of items she had been collecting. "You collect lost things, too?" asked Kermit. "I call them found things," Clamina replied, smiling.
53-54
Next, they went to the Frost Forest, where Clami introduced Kermit to Grotto and Sea Salt. They went ice-sliding, which was like sledding on a frozen roller coaster. Kermit had a wonderful time!
55-56
Back at IGP Inc., Constantine and Dominic pull out Colonel Blood's painting and turned it over. Dominic ironed it, saying, "Write it in lemon juice, then simply apply heat to reveal Colonel Blood's map." The map entitles "How to Steal the Crown Jewels of England. Secret Tunnels of the Tower of London, drawn by Thomas Blood, Colonel 1670." The symbols read "KEY + LOCKET + JEWELS". The key is hidden in the marble bust at the Prado Museum in the next stop on their tour: Madrid, Spain.
Kermit and Clami were exhausted. They went to a little trading post and bought dry clothes from its owner Oaken. Just then, the door flew open. In came a royal gramma fish covered in snow. His name was Chlorine, and he said that the storm was coming from Glacier Fountain, the water park.
57-58
That gave Kermit and Clami an idea. They found Chlorine in the stable with his hermit crab, Claws. She asked him to take them up Glacier Mountain to find their secret. Chlorine agreed. "We leave at dawn." "No," said Clamina. "We leave right now."
59-60
As they headed up the mountain, Kermit and Clami explained how the Constantine had caused Kermit to cross the border. And she told Chlorine about Constantine's mole.
Suddenly, a pack of wolves began to chase them! Working together, Kermit, Clami, Chlorine, and Claws escaped by crossing a deep gorge. But Chlorine's sled crashed into the rocks below.
61-62
When Kermit, Clami, Chlorine, and Claws arrived at the Winter Fraternity House at the winter campus, Calypso, Sea Salt, and Grotto welcomed them.
After Kermit had built a campfire to stay warm, he had a thought. “I made it warmer over here,” he said. "Maybe I could make it colder over there." Kermit wanted his sister to be able to visit her on the warm side of IGP Inc.
63-64
The Muppets head to Spain. "What's the set list for tomorrow, chief?" asks Scooter. "I don't care," answers Constantine. "Do whatever you want." Gonzo pleads, "Could I do indoor running of the bulls?" "Kermie, if he can do his thing, why can't I sing my five songs?" adds Piggy. Constantine waves a hand. "Sure, Zongo. Who cares? And you can, Pig, who cares?" The Muppets cheer and run off to prepare to do whatever they want in the show!
It seems as if Constantine has had a change of heart, so Piggy follows him again to talk. "Kermie?" she starts. Constantine turns to her. "Ah, Miss Pig. Ah yes, I am your man, and you are my lady. Stick with me, as we are meant to be together forever." "Oh, Kermie!" she cries, blushing.
65-66
The Muppets were already in Spain for the next show. They visited Pepé the King Prawn and Rizzo the Rat's hometown. Pepé's wise Uncle Caballero talked to Miss Piggy about Kermit. "Everybody fights now and then, especially best friends," said Uncle Caballero. "But you gotta make up fast."
67-68
At Glacier Fountain, families were having fun, and the Nerdlucks were chasing down a laser gun. Kermit was getting no respect. "Who said you kids could torture my sister?" Clamina asked, interrupting a spirited game of Hit-the-Frog. Kermit looked relieved to see his friends Clami, Chlorine, and Claws. Like many of Kermit's plans, his Campo del Kermit summer camp wasn't turning out quite as he had imagined. "I told you, Kermit, you're not qualified to run a camp," Clami said as she freed Kermit from the clutches of his campers. Chlorine agreed, Kermit could barely take care of himself, let alone a group of kids. Kermit was hurt by his friends' lack of support. "You guys never think I can do anything," he said. "I'm an equal member of this team, you know. You need to start treating me with respect!"
69-70
Kermit stormed off. Clami, Chlorine, and Claws were looking after his campers when they heard a commotion. "Fast Toby says the world's gonna flood!" screamed a panicked aardvark. Other animals quickly joined in the hubbub. An armadillo named Fast Toby was a smooth talker who would do or say anything to make a buck. Now he was making up stories about a big flood, just so he could sell special equipment for breathing underwater. Clami confronted Fast Toby. "Why are you scaring everybody with this doomsday stuff?" "Haven't you heard?" cried another aardvark. "The ice is melting!" The crowd continued to argue back and forth until someone screamed, "Look! Some idiot's going down the Eviscerator!" The Eviscerator was the steepest, scariest, tallest, deadliest ice slope around. "Please tell me it's not our idiot," Chlorine said aloud. But it was! The idiot was Kermit! Kermit had come up with some bad ideas before, but jumping off the Eviscerator to gain some respect was his worst yet. Luckily, his friends were there to save him–again.
71-72
Clami snatched Kermit up with her ice powers just in time, but slipped and fell backwards, sending Chlorine sliding across the ice. When Chlorine stood up, the ice around him started to crack. Through the fragile ice, the friends saw water! Chlorine eyed it anxiously, and then leaped to solid ground. "You know, if I didn't know you better, Chlorine, I'd think you were afraid of the water," Kermit said. Chlorine grabbed him by the throat. "Okay, okay, good thing I know you better," Kermit said. "Guys, Fast Toby was right," Clamina cried. "Everything is melting! We've got to warn the others!" The friends began to make their way across a narrow ice bridge. Suddenly they heard a cracking sound. Then–whoosh–the ice gave way! Kermit, Clami, Chlorine, and Claws were free-falling at breakneck speed–down the Eviscerator!
73-74
When the friends landed in a crumpled heap at the bottom, Fast Toby was still addressing the skeptical audience. Suddenly, a voice came from above. It was a lone vulture, perched in a nearby tree. "Flood's real, all right. And it's coming fast. Ain't no way out. Unless...you can make it to the Tower of London. There's a boat. It can save you." The crowd breathed a collective sigh of relief. "But y'all better hurry. Grounds melting. In four days time, the water's gonna hit the geyser fields...BOOM!" Everyone jumped back, terrified. The vulture continued on. "There is some good news, though… The more of you that die, the better I eat." And with that, he flew off.
75-76
Soon all the animals in the Winter Woods were running for their lives. In the midst of the mayhem, a huge ice boulder fell from a melting glacier. Animals screamed in terror and fled, too upset to notice that something inside the boulder had shifted. "Keep it moving. Keep it moving," Clamina called as he tried to direct the traffic. But everyone was too frantic to pay attention. The Winter Woods was in chaos. Panicked animals hustled this way and that preparing for their journey.
Kermit ran up to Clamina, his face stuffed with berries. "Clami, Clami. I just heard you're going extinct." "I am not going extinct," Clami replied, furious. But almost as soon as she said it, a family of aardvarks walked by and he called out "Guys, look! A frost princess!"
77-78
That night at Madrid, Constantine refuses to perform since stage fright in Berlin. Dominic pulled him into the bathroom as Scooter hears them argue. "You have to go, Number One." begged Dominic. Constantine says, "No. You can't make me go. Not after happened last time." "I'm begging you. Go! Go, Number One!" cried Dominic. To help him, Dominic lets Constantine watch TV to study Kermit's speech patterns.
79-80
As he introduced the show, Constantine didn't suffer and worked his speech pattern. "It's El Muppet Show, with our very special guest, Salma Hayek!" When Constantine fled, Gonzo and Salma Hayek performs the indoor running of the bulls stunt, Piggy takes her first musical number with the flamingos, and Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem performs their mayhem jam session. Walter thought that the show was chaos.
Constantine and Dominic had the next plan of the heist: Stealing Colonel Blood's Key. They smash 249 busts until they found the key. "Nice of him to label it." Constantine said. Dominic read the instructions at the key. "To him that seeks the locket faire look beneath the vaults of eire". They know where the locket is hidden in the Irish National Bank. The next stop on the Muppets world tour is Dublin, Ireland.
81-82
The next morning, Kermit, Clami, Chlorine, and Claws stopped for a break from their journey. Clami sat quietly by a river thinking about how her world was changing. She thought about the flood and how long it had been since she'd seen another frost citizen. Maybe it was true–maybe her kind was becoming extinct. That's what Kermit had been telling her. Clami thought about her family she used to have, her mother and father that had died, and she felt lonely. "I guess it's just you and me now," she said sadly to her reflection. Clami's thoughts were interrupted by a loud crack. When she looked up she saw Calypso hanging from a tree branch. Boom! The branch broke and Calypso tumbled to the ground. Clami stared for a moment, unable to speak. Then she yelled, "I knew it! I knew I wasn't the only one!"
Clami was excited to find another frost citizen, but she soon realized there was something very special about this frost citizen. Calypso thought he was a possum! He climbed tree, hung upside down, and even played dead.
83-84
Calypso introduced Kermit, Clamina, Chlorine, and Claws to Grotto and Sea Salt. "I don't think his tree goes all the way to the top branch!" Clamina whispered warily to Kermit. But Kermit was already hatching a plan. He thought Kermit, Clami and Calypso should stick together–they might be the only frost citizens left. "Clami wants me to ask you if you'd like to escape the flood with us," Kermit said to Calypso. Clami tried to protest, but it was too late. Calypso and her friends agreed to join them. Together the group set out on their journey.
85-86
Traveling through the rapidly melting landscape wasn't easy for the group. Ice crashed down around them, water crept ever-closer, and tempers began to flare. "Will you cut it out?!" Chlorine snarled, as Grotto and Sea Salt jumped wildly on the ice. The thought of water below the thin crust of ice was making Chlorine edgy. "Cry me a river, blubber-toothed fish," Grotto taunted back. Chlorine wasn't the only one who was nervous. "I've got a really bad feeling about this," Calypso said. "My possum sense tingling."
87-88
Suddenly, something crashed through the ice, sending the group flying! It was two prehistoric water reptiles, Cretaceous and Maelstrom. After a few thousands on water, they had thawed out and were looking for trouble. Kermit, Clami, Calypso, Grotto, Sea Salt, Chlorine, and Claws began scrambling for safety, but Cretaceous and Maelstrom were hot on their tails. They snapped their powerful jaws through the ice just inches from the friends. After several close calls, the winter citizens was able to shake Cretaceous and Maelstrom. But Clamina had a sinking feeling this wasn't the last they'd see of the nasty pair.
89-90
Sam and Jean heard about the burglary in Madrid. They took the Le Maximum to Spain. Once they arrived at the Prado Museum, Sam noticed the Muppet Show poster. "Those weirdos, the Muppets, were performing next to the crime scene in Berlin. And here they are, performing right next to the crime scene in Madrid! You know what that means." "Yes, they're suspects!" Jean cried.
They went to the train station and flashed their badges at the Muppets. They took them to the police station for interrogation. "Come on. Let's go over the files again." Sam said. But the Muppets left Madrid and on their way to Dublin.
91-92
As the group journeyed on, Grotto and Sea Salt amused themselves by chasing each through some woods. Not wanting to miss out on the possum fun, Calypso chased after the girls. He quickly got stuck under a fallen tree. Clami's frustration with Calypso had reached its peak. How could he think he was a possum? She marched over to him. "Don't you think that picking them up like this would be easier?" Clami said, tossing the tree aside swiftly with her ice powers. But Calypso didn't answer. Something had come over him. He stood up and started walking. Clami followed. When Calypso came to a huge meadow, he stopped. A memory washed over him–a memory of himself as a young boy, lost and alone. He was curled up under a tree, crying, when a mother citizen and her two daughters appeared. The citizen mom had adopted him and taken care of him. But that didn't make him a possum. Clami was right. He was a frost prince. "I know this place," Calypso said. "A frost prince never forgets," Clamina whispered.
93-94
Exhausted from their travels, the group found a place to camp for the night and drifted off to sleep. But before long, the bed Kermit was sleeping on began to move. Kermit was being kidnapped! The next thing he knew, Kermit was staring at an entire village of frogs, bullfrogs, and toads. They fell to their knees and began to bow down to Kermit. Then one of them led Kermit to a giant sculpture that looked just like him and handed him two rocks. "Fire-god! Rocks!" the frog commanded. Confused, Kermit rubbed the rocks, sending out sparks that quickly turned into flames and raced up the wooden statue. The hordes of amphibians cheered wildly!
95-96
But things soon turned ugly. Kermit learned that the amphibians knew about the melting ice, too, and they had made their own plan to stop it–sacrificing the Fire-god. And that meant Kermit! Kermit suddenly found himself bound by ropes and dangling over a fiery tar pit. "Sacrifice the Fire-god!" the frogs cried, launching Kermit into the pit. Lucky for Kermit, no sooner was he hurled into the tar pit than the ropes wrapped around him snapped him back up. Then he went down again, then up again, this time covered in tar and dinosaur bones and looking like a monster. The amphibians screamed and scattered as the "Kermit-o-saur" landed on top of the giant statue.
97-98
Clamina was surprised to see Kermit, and was afraid of hurting him with her icy powers. "You should go, Kermit," Clami warned. "I'm too dangerous." But Kermit explained that IGP Inc. needed his help. Clami felt scared because she didn't know how to unlock the secret.
99-100
Kermit was sure they could figure it out together, but Clamina just grew more upset. Frustrated, she cried out, "I can't!" An icy blast shot across the cliff and hit Kermit in the chest!
Clami hadn't meant to hurt Kermit, and she worried she might accidentally do it again. Suddenly, the snow floor crumbled beneath him and Clami. A lynx brought them to safety. Trident told the citizens that now it was really time for Kermit to go back home.
101-102
The citizens realized that they might never see other again. Kermit had to come up with a plan. When the three citizens reached the border, Kermit broke into fake sobs. "I can't watch!" Trident cried. "Meet me in Dublin tomorrow. There's something I need you to bring," Kermit whispered to Clami.
103-104
A little while later, Kermit arrived at the tour train heading to Dublin. He asked his friends Orchid and Daisy for help. They were hard at work when a few of the other Muppets stopped by. Orchid had told them about Kermit's newfound sister, and everyone couldn't wait to find out more about her!
105-106
At the camp the next morning the group awoke to find water everywhere. "You'll never guess what happened to Kermit," Clami cried. "He was kidnapped by a tribe of amphibians!" The wilder the details of Kermit's story got–Fire-gods, burning idols, tar pits–the more suspicious her friends grew. Clami had come up with some real doozies before, but this one took the prize. "Kermit was dreaming." Clami said. Escaping the flood, unlocking the secret, and changing Lord Milori's rule was more important than listening to one of Kermit's crazy stories.
107-108
Kermit arrived at the Dublin border with Orchid and Daisy, who were pulling a strange-looking contraption. It was a snowmaker! Clamina and her friends gasped in surprise. "How does it work?" Clami asked.
109-110
A few seconds later, the snowmaker started to grate a block of ice that Professor Wave, Clamina's frost mentor had brought and turn it into snow. Clami was delighted!
111-112
Before the show, Fozzie Bear shows an Irish newspaper to Animal and Walter. "Hey," the bear says, "wanna see something funny?" Walter looks and says, "That's Constantine, the World's Most Dangerous Frog!" Animal shouts, "Bad frog! Bad frog!" Walter gasps. "Wait... Kermit's been acting so weird lately. What if Kermit has been replaced by this Constantine guy?" he asks.
The three friends go to Kermit's dressing room and look around. Walter finds a pot of green makeup on the desk. "He must put this makeup over his mole to hide it!" he says. "Where's Kermit?" shouts Fozzie. "They must have switched places, and Kermit must be the frog who have crossed the border," says Walter. "Come on, guys. We've got to find Kermit!" Walter, Fozzie, and Animal set out to find Kermit.
113-114
Clami's journey through the warm seasons of Ireland was filled with one amazing sight after the next. She saw fast-moving rainbows from the pot of gold, Irish jigs, the spirit of St. Patrick, leprechauns, and lots of shamrocks. She thought everything was so beautiful!
Soon, the Muppets got to meet the frost princess face to face. "Everyone…this is Clamina, my sister!" Kermit announced.
115-116
Clamina was continuing her tour of the warm side of Dublin when Kermit noticed that Clami's wings had started to wilt. The snowmaker was running out of ice, and there wasn't enough snow to keep Clami cold.
117-118
Immediately, Kermit brought Clami back to the border. At that moment, Lord Milori appeared. "Lift your wings," he told Clami. "Let the cold surround them." Suddenly, Kermit's wife, Melinda arrived. She looked at Kermit and his sister sadly. "This is why we do not cross the border." Lord Milori told Kermit and Clamina. "I'm sorry. You two may never see each other again."
119-120
As the citizens went their separate ways, Lord Milori mounted his owl and flew off–but not before he knocked the snowmaker into the stream. Instead of going over the waterfall as Lord Milori had intended, the contraption caught on a ledge. There it remained, making a snowstorm out of the ice chunks that flowed into it!
121-122
Later that day, Constantine and Dominic had delivered terrible news to the Muppets. "Walter and Fonzie had quit the Muppets." "Wait. Walter quit the Muppets?" Rowlf the Dog says. "We just did the last movie where he joined the Muppets!" "The show will be better without them." Dominic told them. "We can't let Fozzie and Walter go without a fight." Gonzo said to Constantine. "We're better off without Walter and Fonzie." Constantine says. Dominic cheers them up. "Come on, guys. We should be celebrating." "Remember, comrades, I can give you what you want!" Constantine replies. This night, the next plan of the heist will be stealing Colonel Blood's locket.
Back at the tour train, Melinda tried to make Kermit understand why the rule about not crossing the border was so important. She told the story of two citizens who fell in love. One was from the warm seasons and one was from the Winter Woods. One of the citizens crossed the border and broke a wing–an injury for which there was no cure.
123-124
Meanwhile, the other Muppets have been doing whatever they want, but they wonder if whatever they want is what they really want. "Maybe it's just me," says Gonzo, "but is doing whatever we want not as fun as we thought it would be?" Rowlf nods. "You know when you're a kid and you want a cool dad and then you hang out with your friend's cool dad and it is weird and then you miss your normal dad who made all the rules?" he asks.
"Yeah," says Scooter. "Does anyone else feel like maybe Kermit's acting differently on this tour?" Piggy snorts. "I don't know what you're talking about. Kermie has never paid more attention to me." "That's kind of our point," says Scooter.
125-126
That night, during the show in Dublin with its guest star Saoirse Ronan, Constantine and Dominic stole the locket from the Irish National Bank. While Jean and the leprechaun guards watching Saoirse Ronan's ballet number, Sam knew there was something coming on at the vault.
Next, the frog interrupts Piggy's sixth musical number with a big surprise. "Miss Piggy, I have very important question for you. Do you wish to become Mrs. Piggy or rather Mrs. The Frog?" "Oh, Kermie, yes!" she squeals. Constantine turns to the audience and announces, "We will be married in two days' time at the Tower of London!"
127-128
Kermit raced to the Irish police station. He wanted to warn Sam and Jean that he and Clami were in danger. But the flood authorites dragged Kermit away before he had the chance to talk to the officers.
129-130
Soon Kermit, Fozzie, Walter, and Animal were tied up and trapped in the clockworks of Big Ben. He was in London England–the location of Piggy's wedding. Constantine had the Muppet tour put on hold. As he prepared to leave, the vulture told Kermit about the sisters' death tomorrow at the geyser fields! Kermit felt it was his fault that he got separated from his sister, Clami. Fozzie assured him that it wasn't, insisting that Kermit was a good sister. "I'm not her sister!" yelled Kermit. That was when Walter, Animal, and Fozzie finally understood that Kermit wasn't a sister after all.
131-132
When the Muppets arrived in in London, Piggy is happy, but she finally wonders if Kermit is acting weirdly. "This doesn't feel right–it's too easy," Piggy says to her dog, Foo Foo. Love shouldn't be easy.
Back in Ireland, Sam and Jean had been to more ridiculous crime scene and found Fozzie's rubber chicken and the Lemur token. "Could the comedian bear and the Lemur be one and the same?" Sam told Jean. Jean replies. "The comedian bear is the Lemur." They heard that he's planning on stealing the Crown Jewels at the Tower of London where the frog will plan the wedding.
133-134
Night fell as the group arrived in the realm of the trolls. Seeing Chlorine, their friend, the trolls came out of hiding. Pabbie said that she had put ice in Kermit's heart, which would make his wing break within a day. But there was still hope. "An act of true love can heal a broken wing," he explained. Calypso and Chlorine decided to take Clami back home. Surely Trident could break the spell with the secret.
135-136
The next morning, Melinda, Kermit, and a group of Muppets arrived at the stream in Bloomsbury to find Orchid and Daisy attempting to free the snowmaker–which was making a small blizzard–from the ledge. Everyone rushed to help. Finally, they succeeded in pushing the machine into the water, but snow was still showered down from the sky! "It's too late," Melinda said quietly. "The seasons have been thrown out of balance."
137-138
If London got too cold, IGP Inc. would freeze–and there would never be any more pixie dust. Just then, Kermit noticed that a flower that Clamina had brought to the warm side of London was still blooming! Walter, Fozzie, and Animal found Kermit. "We need you more than ever, Kermit." said Walter. Kermit, Fozzie, Walter, and Animal flew straight to the Winter Woods, but Kermit's wings iced over and he fell. He asked why the flower was still alive. Grotto explained that frost tucks warm air inside. "We could frost the boat before the freeze hits it," Clami suggested.
139-140
"There it is," Calypso said in awe. Cresting the top of a tall hill at the Tower of London, the group finally saw what they'd been traveling toward–the huge boat perched atop a mountain in the distance. "We made it!" Chlorine added. The friends celebrated with a mud ball fight. Their journey was almost over. But the friends soon discovered that reaching the boat would not be easy. Whoosh! A geyser exploded a few feet from Clami and Calypso. They were surrounded! Boiling water was shooting up on all sides. Their path was blocked.
141-142
The herd looked over the vast geyser field. "There's only one way to go. Straight through," Clami said. "We'll head back and go around," Calypso decided. "If we go through this, we'll get blown to bits!" "We go forward!" Clami argued. "We go back!" Calypso yelled. Unable to agree, Clami and Calypso headed their separate ways, Clami with her friends, and Calypso with his.
143-144
Frustrated, Clami started off through the geyser field, narrowly avoiding the boiling water. Kermit, Chlorine, Animal, Fozzie, and Walter tried their best to keep up, but Clami was far ahead of them. She couldn't stop thinking about her argument with Calypso. Even when the ground split open in front of her, and a wall of boiling water shot up, Clami was still in a daze. "Come on, Clami! Come on! Let's go!" Chlorine yelled. When Clami looked up, a stream of boiling water was heading straight toward her. Chlorine ran right into her, pushing her in the right direction. "That way!" he yelled.
145-146
Kermit, Clami, Chlorine, Fozzie, Walter, and Animal arrived at the Tower of London. They went inside to look for Miss Piggy. As Constantine and Dominic enter, Kermit and Fozzie went into stealth modes. After Dominic stole the Crown Jewels, he will ring the tower bell five times and rendezvous on top of the glacier. Kermit and Fozzie heard that Miss Piggy will be smoked bacon and ham for breakfast and fled.
However, Jean and Sam found them, mistaking Kermit and Fozzie as Constantine and the Lemur. After Jean was on vacation mode, Sam handcuffed Kermit and Fozzie in the Le Maximum car. When the clock begins to chime, Kermit and Fozzie made their escape by moving the car.
147-148
When Kermit, Clamina, Chlorine, and the Muppets reached the boat in the Tower of London, they anxiously looked for Calypso and the winter citizens. There were panicked peoples and animals everywhere, but no sign of Calypso, Grotto, or Sea Salt. To add to the chaos, a fussy bird named Gustav was acting as gatekeeper on the boat. "At this time, we are only boarding passengers with mates," he announced haughtily. "MATES?!" Kermit and Chlorine cried. Like many of the other people and animals, the six friends were mateless. If they couldn't get on the boat, how would they escape the flood?
149-150
Meanwhile, things weren't looking much better for Calypso, Grotto, and Sea Salt. The ground continued to rumble, and boulders had crashed down all around them, trapping them inside a cave in the Tower Bridge. Calypso tried to move the boulder trapping him, but it was no use. It wouldn't budge. Then he noticed that the winter citizens could fit through. Then he scooped Grotto and Sea Salt in his arms. "You guys gotta go," he told them. He was stuck, but they could save themselves. "Calypso, don't worry, we're going for help!" Sea Salt cried when they were out of the cave. She and Grotto dashed off.
151-152
Back at the boat things had gotten worse. The ground was shaking violently, and the dam at the Winter Woods had given way, unleashing raging floodwaters. All the people were more panicked than ever. Grotto and Sea Salt ran through the crowd, dodging people and animals along the way. "Clami!" Grotto called out. "It's Calypso!" Sea Salt said. "He's trapped in a cave!" Grotto added. Without hesitation, Clami ran through from the boat and thundered down the hill with Kermit, Chlorine, the Muppets, and the winter citizens.
153-154
As the herd rushed across the bridge at the Tower Bridge, a huge wave obliterated it, scattering the group. Clamina and the winter citizens were swept away with the water, while Kermit, Chlorine, and the Muppets watched from an opposite ledge. The winter citizens clung to a tree in the raging waters, while Clami swam straight for the cave. Kermit jumped headfirst off the ledge to save Grotto and Sea Salt. But he hit his head on a piece of rock and passed out. Now it was up to Chlorine to save Grotto, Sea Salt, and Kermit.
155-156
Chlorine was petrified of the water, but he knew this no time for fear: The others needed him. Psyching himself up, Chlorine leaped into the raging current. "Trust your instincts," he told himself, as Kermit had told her once before. "Attack the water. I'm stalking the prey." Chlorine paddled his way to the others, flipped Kermit onto his back, and grabbed the tree limb the winter citizens were clinging to. He claw-kicked his way safely to shore.
157-158
But at the cave, things were getting worse for Calypso. He was still trapped, and the cave was now filling with water. The pocket of air at the top of the cave was growing smaller and smaller every minute. Clamina grabbed a tree and jammed it into the small space. Using all her might, she pushed on the tree, trying to wedge the boulder out. It didn't budge. The water continued to rise, and Calypso had to stick his hand through the opening in order to breathe.
159-160
Suddenly, Clamina was being pulled under the water. Cretaceous and Maelstrom, the two evil water reptiles, were back. With the floodwaters unleashed on the reptiles, this was the perfect time to strike. In the water they had the advantage.
They circled Clami, attacking from all angles. Clami could see the cave with the log still jammed in the opening. She swam for it, and Cretaceous and Maelstrom followed close behind. Cretaceous and Maelstrom closed in on Clami, preparing to attack. But Clami dodged their rams and they ran into the tree instead! The boulder fell on top of the water reptiles, pulling them into the depths. Calypso was free! But there was more trouble to come. The waters were still rising fast…
161-162
Kermit and the frost citizens got right to work, but it looked as if the job would be too big for them to complete in time. Then Kermit spotted Trident, Lord Milori, and the rest of the frost citizens flying toward them.
163-164
But Kermit was afraid that help had come too late. The freeze had already swept across the warm seasons of IGP Inc. and the boat. Piggy was in a beautiful dress, standing with the frog she agreed to marry. Piggy isn't sure what to do. Something doesn't feel right.
Then Kermit suddenly drops in, right next to the false frog! Animal, Walter, and Fozzie helped their friend make it to the wedding just in time! Piggy gets angry. "Two Kermits?!" she cries. "How can there be two Kermits?" The real Kermit chimes in, "That's not me! I'm me! He's Constantine, the World's Most Dangerous Frog!" "He's lying! I'm the real Kermit," says Constantine. This back-and-forth goes on for a while.
165-166
Finally Piggy says, "I know how to settle this. First Kermit, will you marry me?" "Yes, of course, there is a helicopter waiting..." "Second Kermit, will you marry me?" "Um, well, I'm not... It's just..." stutters Kermit. "That's my Kermie!" Piggy cries, and she hugs her frog. The criminal finally wipes the makeup off his mole and reveals himself to the crowd.
"I am the world's most dangerous frog and number one criminal! And a thousand times more frog than this Kermit person! So long, suckers!"
167-168
And with that, Constantine grabbed Miss Piggy and runs and hops aboard a getaway helicopter. But the Muppets aren't about to let him get away. Kermit runs and grabs hold of the helicopter, and Gonzo onto him, and Fozzie onto him, and Walter onto him...and so on. The Muppet chain finally stops Constantine from getting away!
169-170
Meanwhile, on a nearby glacial wall, the hapless Nerdlucks found themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time. As they were hunting down a laser gun, the ice wall they were on suddenly split in two, sending them scrambling. Then something strange began to happen. The forces from the split acted like a vacuum, sucking the floodwaters down like a giant bathtub drain.
171-172
In no time the pavilion was empty. When there had been water, there were now only shallow puddles. The huge boat was resting in the center of Buckingham Palace. The people on the boat let out a huge cheer. The threat from the flood was over. "Please exit the boat in an orderly fashion," Gustav announced, while citizens stampeded past him off the boat.
173-174
Sam and Jean handcuffs the criminal mastermind, Constantine and his sidekick, Dominic the Lemur. "Did you know this frog robbed museums in Berlin, Madrid, Dublin, and London?" Sam asks the Muppets. "All those sound familiar," Walter says, nodding. "And you caught him!" says Sam. "Congratulations, weirdos."
The citizens gathered anxiously around the Buckingham Palace's Pixie Dust Well. Sunlight was streaming through the frozen buildings. Ever so slowly, the frost melted. Then the pixie dust began to flow again!
175-176
All of a sudden, Kermit realized that he had broken a wing when he had flown to the Winter Woods. "It's getting warmer," Kermit said bravely to Clami. "You should get back to winter." As the sisters held hands and said good-bye, an explosion of light burst from the wings. Magically, Kermit's wing was healed!
At a special ceremony, Queen Elizabeth made Kermit a knight. His friends, especially Piggy, were very proud of him!
177-178
Later that day, Melinda handed Kermit the British newspaper. He and the Muppets were on the front page. "You did something no one has ever done before," said Melinda. "You surprised me."
From the day on, warm citizens could cross over the border into winter anytime they liked. A coat of frost kept them safe and warm. Friendships between warm citizens and winter citizens bloomed–all just as beautiful as Clamina's flower!
179-180
Kermit still wants to finish the Muppet world tour and he choose the Winter Woods! Clami gave Chlorine a new sled. Then she made an ice skating rink in the castle. Everyone–even the Muppets–had a wonderful time skating with Queen Clamina, Princess Piggy, and Prince Kermit the Frog. At long last, the kingdom of the Winter Woods was a happy place once more.
